SharpDeck provides analytical and informational tools. This policy describes, in general terms, the kinds of information this website may collect and how it is used.
Information we may collect
Information you provide directly (such as information sent in a support email), and standard technical information collected by analytics tools (such as pages viewed), where enabled.
How we use information
To operate and improve the website, respond to inquiries, and provide the service you request. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics
This site and the SharpDeck app use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and which buttons are used — so we can understand how the site performs. Where it is allowed, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga). For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default and only cookieless, aggregated measurements are sent. Advertising features and ad personalisation are disabled. In the app, page addresses are sent without their query string, so links carrying verification or invitation tokens never reach Google, and no name or email address is sent. You can opt out in any browser with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Preferences and public reports
The light/dark preference is stored in your browser. Public record filters are kept in the page URL. Public reports contain recorded sporting forecasts, prices and results, not customer account data. Routine page requests are processed by our hosting infrastructure. Account creation and sign-in take place in the separate SharpDeck app.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: in the app (Me → Delete account), on the web (Account → Settings → Delete account), or by emailing us from the address on your account. Deletion removes your account and the personal data attached to it; billing records and anti-abuse records we must keep are no longer linked to you. Details: sharpdeck.ai/delete-account.
